Refund and Returns Policy


Please send us an email and let us know what you would like information about returning an item. We will then reach back out to you to find out if your item qualifies a return and a refund. We will then provide you with an RMA number with which you can return it.

The parcel should contain:

The item(s) you purchased that you wish to return in the original condition.

A note with your order number , clearly stating which item(s) you are returning and the reasons why you are returning the goods, clearly stating which item(s) you are returning and the reasons why you are returning the goods.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your package was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

You will need to pay for the postage but we will refund the delivery charge if we have made an error in our dispatch or if the item received is faulty or unfit for purpose, unless you have decided to keep part of the received order.

We are unable to accept any responsibility for items that are lost or damaged in the post being returned to us. You must ensure that your items are securely packaged, and are sent using a Tracked service as we are not responsible for any untracked returns.

If items are opened then a 25% repackaging and restocking fee will be charged on items returned in perfect still sellable condition.


If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty please notify of via email to, within 2 days of receipt of goods. We require the customer to include photographs of the damage. We will always endeavour that your items are packaged well but if the items are damaged in transit, we promise we will do everything we can to rectify the problem with an option of a full refund or exchange.
